Can you store my luggage after I check out?
Yes, free of charge. You can leave it at reception during opening hours (please check at each building).
Can I smoke in the apartments?
No. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or in indoor areas (corridors, shared spaces, etc.).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out must be before 11:00 am.
Can I request a cot? What does it cost?
If you need this service, please request it by email before arriving at Mon Suites using the special requests form or by calling (+34) 961 930 672.
It is a free service, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
After completing your purchase, an automatic email is sent with the booking confirmation. Please check your inbox within 24/48 hours of booking and make sure you have received it. We also recommend checking your spam folder. The document in the confirmation email is the one you should present on arrival at Mon Suites.
